We are on the hunt for a remote Associate Operational Specialist. We mostly require someone who has an exceptional command of English and does not necessarily have prior IT experience.
This role serves as a stepping stone into the industry, providing training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles and the chance to collaborate with our international team.
Responsibilities
- The inspection and analysis of IT specialist profiles from diverse markets
- Aid in developing the EPAM brand and luring in top-tier talent
- Engage with internal company utilities, systems, and official documents
- Teamwork with a variety of departments
Requirements
- Appreciable English communication skills (at least B2+ level)
- Minimum of half a year's worth of experience in administrative tasks, sales, IT research or equivalent
- Mastery of MS Office
- Outstanding communication prowess and social skills
- Capability to think analytically and make deductions from previous instances
- Enthusiasm and flexibility to go with the flow of business modifications
- Skill in task prioritization, handling of multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines punctually
- Quick to grasp new concepts
