In search of a remote Associate Operational Assistant with top-tier English skills and no mandatory IT background.
This is an initial-level role offering training in technical profile assessment and validation along with a chance to collaborate in a global team.
Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of IT experts from a range of markets
- Assistance in fortifying the EPAM brand and attracting the industry's best
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaboration with disparate departments
Requirements
- B2+ level English proficiency
- A minimum of 0.5 years' experience in administrative or sales field, IT research, or other sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal prowess
- Capability for analytical thinking and decision making based on previous instances
- Proactive nature and ability to adjust to changes in the business environment
- Skilled in task prioritization, managing multiple assignments, and adhering to deadlines
- Aptitude for quick learning
