We're presently seeking a remote Associate Operational Assistant.
The ideal candidate would have outstanding English skills, regardless of previous IT experience. This entry-level role provides training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles along with the exciting chance to collaborate in a globally interconnected setting.
Responsibilities
- The examination of IT professionals' profiles across various markets
- Aid in fortifying the EPAM brand and attracting exceptional talent
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Engagement with a range of departments
Requirements
- High competency in English (B2+)
- Minimum of six months experience in fields such as administration, sales, IT research, among others
- Skillfulness in MS Office
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Possess analytical thinking and decision-making skills based on past scenarios
- Being proactive and adaptable to business changes
- Prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
