We're currently on the lookout for a remote Associate Operational Assistant with superior English abilities and no previous IT expertise required.

This entry-level role provides training in technical profile assessment and verification, within an international team setting.

Responsibilities

In depth analysis of IT specialist profiles across multiple markets
Aid in the promotion of the EPAM brand and recruitment of top talent
Utilization of internal tools, systems, and documentation specific to the company
Engagement with a variety of departments

Requirements

English proficiency at a B2+ level
Minimum of six months’ experience in administration, sales, IT research, or any related field
Proficiency in MS Office software
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical thinking with decision-making capabilities based on past scenarios
Proactive with adaptability to business shifts and changes
Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and respect deadlines
Rapid learner
