Currently, we are in search of a remote Associate Operational Assistant who comes equipped with outstanding English skills and has no prior experience in the IT sector.
This entry-level position presents a training opportunity in the analytics and validation of technical profiles, along with the chance to be a part of an international team.
Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of various IT specialists
- Assistance in promoting the EPAM brand and attracting premier talent
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaboration with several departments
Requirements
- Proficient English skills (B2+ level)
- A minimum experience of 0.5 years in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thought process and decision-making ability based on previous cases
- A proactive approach and adaptability to business changes
- Task prioritization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Quick learning ability
