Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of IT specialists from diverse markets
- Aid in profile development of the EPAM brand and enlistment of topmost talent
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documents
- Cross-functional collaboration with various departments
Requirements
- Proficient English skills (B2+)
- Minimum half-a-year experience in administrative tasks, sales, IT research, or any related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Ability to analyze and decide based on previous actions
- Adaptability to business changes and a proactive approach
- Strong task organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates fast learning capabilities
