Currently, we're searching for an Associate Operational Specialist who can work remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English skills and won't require any prior IT experience.

The position is entry-level and provides technical profiles analysis and validation training, while also presenting the chance to collaborate within an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Profile analysis of IT specialists across various markets
  • Contribution to brand-building and top talent recruitment for EPAM
  • Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documents
  • Collaboration with various departments
Requirements
  • English proficiency (B2+)
  • A minimum of 0.5 years' experience in an administrative, sales, IT research, or other relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mindset with decision-making abilities based on past experiences
  • Proactivity and adaptability to changes within the business
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and adhere to deadlines
  • Quick learning capabilities
