Junior .NET Developer for a Financial Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote .NET Developer to join our team.

The customer is a Swiss multinational investment bank and financial services company founded and based in Switzerland. Co-headquartered in the cities of Zürich and Basel, it maintains a presence in all major financial centers as the largest Swiss banking institution in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement user-friendly front-end applications, which integrate seamless application landscape
  • Improve current and develop new features of several trading application GUIs
  • Translate business requirements (functional and non-functional) into technical designs
  • Work closely with other senior software engineers, PMs, BAs and business users (clients) in order to find best possible technical solution for the project/available requirements
  • Support the production users and investigating issues in production when contacted by support team
Requirements
  • 6+ months experience with .NET
  • Knowledge in Software Engineering with .NET Framework, WinForms, WPF
  • Experience with web service, focused on UI
  • Good understanding of desktop development tools and technologies
  • Experience in front-end unit testing
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and design patterns
  • Able to cope with complex challenges in software engineering
  • Fluent English (B2+)

  • Financial systems knowledge
