We are currently looking for a remote Functional Tester Engineer with 6+ months of QA experience, and knowledge of Web services testing to join our team.
The customer is a pensions and retirement technology company, bringing innovations in financial services, and delivering pensions technology platforms in partnership with other financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Performing Web Application and Web Services testing
- Reviewing requirements and discussing gaps with development team
- Collaborating with developers during feature development process
- Writing, updating test-cases
- Performing in new feature testing and regression testing
Requirements
- 6+ months of QA experience
- Knowledge of Web Services base, Testing Specifics
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST
- Experience with requirements review
- Good communication skills and work in team
- Good attitude to complex logic projects
- Ability to work in tight schedule, self-motivated
- English level B2+
Nice to have
- Understanding and experience of automation testing (Ruby)
- Experience with GitHub, MySQL, Cucumber, Heroku
