We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious Junior Fraud Monitoring Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will assist in detecting and analyzing potential fraud cases while supporting internal teams in ensuring the organization's fraud prevention efforts. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has basic data analysis skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying fraud cases in technical areas under guidance
- Monitor consumption traffic for anomalies and escalate issues when necessary
- Review alerts generated by monitoring systems and report potential threats
- Collaborate with team members to support fraud prevention initiatives
- Assist in documenting issues related to analyzed fraud cases
- Help interpret data to identify emerging fraud patterns
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for internal use
- Provide general support to the anti-fraud team
Requirements
- Over 6 months of experience in a support role or similar position
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functionality and familiarity with pivot tables
- Interest in data analysis and fraud monitoring concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidance carefully
- Willingness to learn proactively and contribute to team efforts
- Good communication skills and adaptability to new challenges
Nice to have
- Familiarity with any fraud prevention tools or systems
- Exposure to or interest in tools like Stealth System, Vantive System, or SAP CRM Enterprises
