We are looking for an Associate Data Scientist to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of work experience in data analysis, and a solid understanding of Python and/or Java programming languages, computer science fundamentals, and statistics and/or information science and/or mathematics.
As an Associate Data Scientist, you will be responsible for supporting the data science team in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis, as well as building and testing machine learning models.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection, preprocessing, and cleaning of data sets
- Perform exploratory data analysis and generate insights using statistical methods
- Support the development, implementation, and testing of machine learning models
- Work collaboratively with the data science team to identify areas for improvement in data processing and analysis
Requirements
- 6+ months of relevant working experience in data science
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, information science, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization and data signification
- B2 English level
