Junior Data Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company

Responsible for working with project team and key project stakeholders to analyze satellite systems data needs and asset groups

Recommendations and designs high-level processes and integration strategies

Responsible for completing data request form and go through the data governance

Work with regional data stewardship team and country sales operation team to identify right data source

Post launching, analyze root cause of data related support tickets to propose improvement plan

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or MBA

6+ months of experience in Data analysis, Product manager or sales operational role. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

Domain Experience (At least 1) – Life Science/Agriculture/Supply Chain/FMCG or Retail

Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik. Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate smoothly with colleagues from different countries in different continents

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Can work under high stress environment and self-motivated

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Mix of Startup experience and large corporate experience valuable

English level proficiency B1
