We are currently seeking a Junior Compliance Auditor for our Minsk office to strengthen our team.
We are seeking a person with analytical and great communication skills.
The position involves working in the Travel & Expense management system, as well as close cooperation within and outside the team. The successful candidate will be able to perform routine tasks as well as initiate process optimization and improvements.
The candidate is expected to possess excellent conflict-resolution skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert in the Company’s Global Corporate Travel Program, Concur Expense application and the Company’s Travel and Expense Guidelines
- Audit expense reports based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Guidelines
- Strong knowledge of the Company Guidelines and governmental policies, which ensures that the Company remains compliant with internal and external controls
- Provide an excellent level of training and customer service to the internal and external clients
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Assist with internal and external audits, projects and initiatives for the Corporate Travel and Expense Program
- Maintain the working relationship with business partners in Corporate Accounting, Business Unit Controllers, HR, Tax, Company’s Travel Management Company, Travel Agent and Concur Technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or similar area
- Proven working experience in finance (at least 1 year)
- Advanced MS office skills (knowledge of and experience with reporting and statistics packages (Excel and similar))
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible, loyal, result-oriented person
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+) and presentation skills
