We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support agile delivery by translating client needs into clear, actionable requirements and facilitating collaboration across a Scrum team. You will help shape product scope, document BA artifacts, and contribute to a smooth delivery process. Apply to join us.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholders
- Document BA artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the team and stakeholders
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective team communication
- Validate requirements by partnering with QA and development during delivery
- Support scope alignment by identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks early
- Estimate effort with the team by contributing analysis inputs and assumptions
Requirements
- 1+ years of business analysis experience in agile software delivery
- Knowledge of BA artifacts documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)
- Understanding of Generative AI Fundamentals and practical use in analysis tasks
- Basic Scrum knowledge and experience working in Scrum ceremonies
- Basic requirements elicitation skills and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

- Effort estimation experience
- NDC / New Distribution Capability knowledge
- One-Order domain experience
