We are looking for a remote Associate Automation Tester with at least 6 months of relevant work experience in Python with AWS. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in automation testing and be proficient in various test automation tools and frameworks. Candidate should be able to work independently in a remote environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests for UI and API using Python-based tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues and defects in the software
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and stability
- Work with the team to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in automation testing
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in UI Test Automation (Selenium/Selene and/or WebDriver manager) and/or API Test Automation (urllib3 and/or Rester) and/or Test Frameworks (pytest and/or unittest and/or robot framework and or behave and/or gauge)
- Experience working with Cloud technologies, specifically AWS
- B2+ level of English
Nice to have
- Experience with code analysis tools such as pysonar2, coverage, and pylint
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as behave and pytest-bdd
- Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases
- Proficiency in Unix systems
- Familiarity with GIT and networking
