Junior Administrative Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently seeking a remote Associate Administrative Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills and does not need to have prior IT experience. This is an entry-level role that provides practical training in analyzing and validating technical profiles. Furthermore, this position will also offer an excellent opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate candidate profiles to identify potential for IT roles during general recruiter interviews
  • Utilize the company's internal tools, systems, and documentation
  • Assist in enhancing and maintaining the company's brand values
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (B2+ level)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, talent acquisition research, or a related field
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think analytically and make decisions based on past cases
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business environment
