We are actively seeking a remote Associate Administrative Specialist. Ideal candidates will possess excellent English language skills and not necessarily have a background in IT. This is an entry-level position that offers comprehensive training in technical profile analysis and validation, along with the opportunity to work with an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate candidate profiles to identify top IT talent for preliminary interviews with recruiters
  • Use internal tools, systems, and documentation effectively
  • Assist in developing and supporting the company's brand values
Requirements
  • Strong English skills (B2+ level)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, talent acquisition research, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make informed decisions based on previous cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to business changes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
