Junior Administrative Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently seeking a remote Administrative Specialist (TA) with exceptional English abilities and no previous IT experience needed.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate profiles of IT experts across diverse markets
  • Support in establishing the company's reputation and attracting top-notch talent
  • Utilize internal tools, systems, and documentation
  • Cooperate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Proficient in English (B2+ level)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative tasks, sales, TA research, or related fields
  • Competency in MS Office applications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical thinking and the capacity to make decisions based on prior cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to business changes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
