Junior Administrative Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently looking for a remote Associate Administrative Specialist with excellent English skills and no prior IT experience required.
This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate candidate profiles to identify top IT talent to be proposed for general interviews with recruiters
  • Work with internal tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in building and supporting the company's brand values
Requirements
  • Strong English skills (B2+)
  • At least 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, TA research, or any other related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
