We are currently looking for a remote Associate Administrative Specialist with excellent English skills and no prior IT experience required.
This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidate profiles to identify top IT talent to be proposed for general interviews with recruiters
- Work with internal tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in building and supporting the company's brand values
Requirements
- Strong English skills (B2+)
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, TA research, or any other related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on past cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
