Junior Administrative Specialist (no experience needed)

We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist, ideally with strong proficiency in English and not necessarily having prior experience in the IT industry. This is an entry-level position that provides exceptional training opportunities in the analysis and validation of technical profiles and places you amidst an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing profiles of diverse IT experts from different markets
  • Assisting in the development of the EPAM brand and helping attract top talent
  • Utilizing internal company tools, systems, and processes
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2+ level)
  • Minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, IT research, sales, or a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make informed decisions based on previous case scenarios
  • Proactively adapt to changes in business strategies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to efficiently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
