We are currently seeking a remote Associate Administrative Specialist who possesses excellent English skills and does not have prior IT experience.
This is an entry-level position that provides training in technical profile analysis and validation, as well as the opportunity to work in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidate profiles to identify top IT talent for general interviews with recruiters
- Utilize internal tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the development and support of the company's brand values
Requirements
- Strong English skills (B2+)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, TA research, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on previous cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
