We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and quick-learning individual to fill the role of Junior Administrative Specialist in the Global Technical Interview Service department. Our specialists work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the seamless coordination of technical interviews for our candidates.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with recruiters and interviewers worldwide
- Process and monitor incoming interview requests
- Analyze request data to quickly identify missing information
- Match candidates with appropriate interviewers based on various attributes such as primary skill, job description, and experience level
- Coordinate the scheduling of Technical Interviews across multiple locations
- Ensure time slots align with the availability of both interviewers and candidates
- Assist interviewers and candidates with any issues accessing interviews
- Maintain timely communication with recruiters, candidates, and experts
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above
- Quick to learn and able to adapt to changes efficiently
- Possesses strong communication abilities
- Highly focused with attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

- Experience with administrative support in a technical or recruitment setting
