Junior Administrative Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently seeking a remote Administrative Operational Specialist with exceptional English language proficiency.
The ideal candidate should have no prior experience in the IT industry.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Scrutinize the profiles of IT professionals from diverse markets
  • Assist in the development of the EPAM brand and attract the best talent to the organization
  • Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
  • Proficient in English (B2+)
  • At least 0.5 years of experience in administrative tasks, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner
