Currently, we are looking for a remote Help Desk Specialist to join our team.

The customer is a British provider of oilfield services to the international oil and gas industry.

In this role you will be required to insure support and continuous improvement of the client's application and infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 6+ months experience in users support
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Analytical / troubleshooting / problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform job functions under stress and pressure
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Fine organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Overall understanding of IT
  • Microsoft Office (Office 365) products knowledge
  • ITIL Foundation is a plus
  • Advanced level of English
