JavaScript Development Team Lead for a Software Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote JavaScript Development Team Lead to become a part of our global team.

Responsibilities
  • Doing technical masterpiece and solving technical challenges in order to transform business requirements into technical solutions
  • Developing extremely sophisticated platform that empower a handful of the world’s sharpest and most engaging minds
  • Operating within a dynamic team focused on Frontend development but also working with engineers from several different areas of focus
  • Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions to unblock the progress of the project
  • Act as an owner, assume responsibilities, and drive issues to resolution
  • Act like an owner consistently holding a high bar for the quality of your code and are passionate about doing things the “right way”
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with JavaScript and in technically rigorous environments holding extremely high bars for their engineers
  • Strong computer science fundamentals with a mastery of frontend development
  • Strong experience withTypeScript and React.js
  • Experience with AWS serverless – CloudFrount, API Gateway, Lambda, lambda@edge, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Knowledge of serverless.com framework
  • Experience and practical using of ContentStack CMS
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Design patterns
  • 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proactive, Precise and meticulous
Nice to have
  • Experience with both frontend and backend engineering is a big plus
