Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring capacity availability and allocation
  • Manage and coordinate project team members, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and facilitates acceptance testing
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project successes and areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve their highest potential and maintaining high levels of morale and engagement
  • Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and ensuring team efficiency in delivering high-quality software solutions
Requirements
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in a project manager role, helping software teams deliver products
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices, principles, and values
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and drive collaboration among team members
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and support software applications used to support the team's backlog and task management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong people focus and empathy to effectively support and assist team members
  • Inner drive to continuously improve processes and make the world better every day
  • Demonstrates humility to absorb different opinions without biases and openness to new ideas
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
