We are seeking a skilled IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance solutions that strengthen access management and compliance across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, improve access certification processes, and support role engineering efforts that reduce risk and improve visibility into identity and access management practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use cases
- Support access certification campaigns and improve their accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and improve governance visibility
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes support SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned control testing
- Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (the cloud IGA solution), not IdentityIQ alone
- Understanding of identity governance concepts including access certification, role-based access control, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with SAFe/Agile delivery frameworks
- Familiarity with BeyondTrust or another PAM platform
- SailPoint certification
