  • Start date: July 13, 2026
  • Duration: 2 months
  • Format: Paid internship
  • Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)
  • Working pattern: Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite at one of our offices in Gdansk, Krakow or Wroclaw

Responsibilities
  • Develop and circulate HR documentation, meeting materials and weekly communications
  • Ensure the database and personnel files are updated and maintained accurately
  • Support tracking and reporting of HR core processes
  • Maintain accurate records of HR documentation and work instructions
Requirements
  • Active student status at a Polish university
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset
Nice to have
  • Interest in HR processes and systems
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in administrative roles
