We are seeking an experienced Infor WMS Functional Consultant to provide the primary hands-on implementation capability for an ongoing multi-site rollout of the Infor WMS platform.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience across all phases of a deployment, including planning, design, configuration, validation across physical layout, operating processes, data, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the best practices in warehouse management to drive positive business outcomes
- Serve as a Functional Consultant coordinating implementation initiatives and configuring the Infor WMS application
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support
- Play a key role supporting configuration validation and evidence, representative inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, realistic/high-volume operational testing where appropriate, go-live preparation, and stabilization
- Guide clients on best practices across warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management and RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
- Operate as a self-managed contributor, performing tasks without supervision, prioritizing effectively, and quickly adjusting in a rapidly changing environment
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds client quality expectations by committing to the right outcomes, deliverables, and solutions to fit the client's needs
- Actively manage appropriate quality controls and continually initiate opportunities to exceed client expectations without making unreasonable commitments
- Work through ambiguity, providing clarity and structure throughout project delivery, using a flexible approach that results in a meaningful impact on the client's business
- Build capability, best practice competencies, and skills within the client's teams
- Develop respect and trust from EPAM and client colleagues by being supportive and highly reliable, encouraging collaboration to enhance performance within both client and EPAM teams
- Identify opportunities to proactively build strategic relationships at an individual, account, and organization level
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced education is appreciated
- At least 3 years of experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade, or 4+ years of relevant Infor Warehouse Management (WMS) experience
- Background in implementing Infor WMS across one or more relevant industries: Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions
- Supply chain experience acquired at large global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management with recognition as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions
- Desire to continue to learn and expand consulting capacity in Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
