Freelance IT Recruiter for EPAM

We are currently looking for remote IT Recruiters with 6+ months of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter to join our TA team on a freelance basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have knowledge of the IT labor market, have successfully worked with a variety of selection channels, know how to interest an IT specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Search for a wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, managers, and architects)
  • Create a wide Talent pool using different channels
  • Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the EPAM Recruiter
  • Support employer branding strategies
Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter
  • Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool
  • Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Highly result-oriented
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
