We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fraud Monitoring Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for detecting, analyzing, and addressing potential fraud cases, working collaboratively with internal teams, and supporting the organization's risk management efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in identifying and addressing fraud in technical areas
  • Continuously monitor consumption traffic to detect anomalies and take corrective action
  • Analyze alerts generated by monitoring systems to identify potential threats
  • Collaborate with peers and other teams to ensure synergy in fraud prevention efforts
  • Propose and implement improvements to applications and related processes
  • Investigate and document issues related to analyzed fraud cases
  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of information to detect fraud patterns
  • Assist in preparing technical reports for management and stakeholders
  • Provide support to the anti-fraud team and other areas involved in risk management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a related role
  • Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate competency)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of pivot tables at an intermediate level
  • Background in data analysis or fraud monitoring is highly valued
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
  • Self-management and proactive work ethic
  • Strong service orientation and teamwork capability
  • Availability for flexible working hours
  • Effective communication and adaptability in fast-changing situations

  • Familiarity with Stealth System, Vantive System, and/or SAP CRM Enterprises
