We're looking for an Event (People Experience) Specialist to join our team and help shape a great workplace culture. In this role, you will support employee engagement initiatives, contribute to our internal brand, and help create memorable experiences across the organization.
This position requires a minimum of 50% of work from our office in Astana/Almaty.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of engagement activities such as team-building events, workshops, and well-being programs
- Assist with event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform management, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Help maintain a calendar of online and offline events, including webinars, panel discussions, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors, assist with purchasing, and manage event-related materials
- Collect and summarize participant feedback to help improve future events
- Contribute to the promotion of our employer brand internally and externally
- Collaborate with PR, Communication, and Marketing teams to support event promotion
- Actively support cross-functional initiatives and contribute ideas with enthusiasm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ year of experience in engagement activities or event organization
- Genuine interest in HR and creating people-centric experiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the guidance of senior team members
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good written and spoken English — minimum B2 level
