We are looking for an EngX Technology Consultant to join our team and help drive engineering excellence and productivity across software development organizations.

Responsibilities
- Assist product engineering teams in achieving cost efficiency, higher quality, and faster time-to-market to enhance productivity
- Bridge the gap between strategic planning, tactical implementation, and operational workflows to create comprehensive engineering solutions
- Advise clients on optimizing their software development lifecycle (SDLC), technology environments, and organizational processes to maximize efficiency
- Identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical recommendations for advancing engineering practices
- Collaborate with teams across functions to implement solutions that drive measurable performance improvements
- Provide technical expertise to ensure alignment between engineering processes and business goals
- Facilitate workshops and training to help teams adopt best practices and streamline workflows
- Analyze engineering metrics to evaluate progress and identify new areas for optimization
- Promote continuous improvement within engineering teams and across client organizations
- Develop customized strategies to address unique challenges faced by client teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced graduate degree
- At least 8 years of experience in the software industry in roles such as Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Architecture, or Data Science
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, or Owner
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members
- Experience participating in a minimum of 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product or major product feature to market
- Proven ability to coach teams and individuals to adopt improved engineering workflows and practices
- Expertise in facilitation and moderation techniques for driving collaboration and decision-making
- Strong knowledge of IT frameworks, models, processes, and methodologies for optimizing engineering practices
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in defining and tracking metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping for identifying inefficiencies and enhancing workflows
- Understanding of version control principles for managing collaborative development processes
- Experience with AIOps for automating IT operations workflows
- Expertise in cloud technologies for scalable infrastructure solutions
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating engineering performance and identifying optimization opportunities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kanban, JIT, and 5S for improving operational efficiency
- Deep understanding of software engineering practices for delivering high-quality solutions
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively work with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain
- Familiarity with advanced observability tools and monitoring practices to support engineering teams
