We are currently seeking an English Trainer to join our American L&D team to further bolster our capabilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver English language instruction and design course materials with a focus on Business English and Intercultural Communication
- Engage in corporate language assessments to evaluate learner progress
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities related to language learning
- Communicate student progress and provide feedback to both learners and management
- Maintain professional interactions with all internal stakeholders, employing strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Proficient or native level of English
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English, Applied Linguistics, or a recognized language teaching certificate such as CELTA or TESOL
- At least 2 years of experience as an English Trainer
- Well-versed in the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches for both online and offline teaching
- Experienced in conducting online group lessons
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong service orientation, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers
- Capable of working independently while maintaining a positive team dynamic
Nice to have
- Prior experience with EFL students in a workplace or educational setting
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in language teaching
