We are currently seeking an English Trainer to join our American L&D team, aiming to make the language learning experience both valuable and enjoyable for EPAMers. In this role, you will contribute to our dynamic training environment using your expertise in English language instruction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver English language instruction with a focus on Business and Intercultural Communication
  • Design educational materials for EFL courses
  • Conduct corporate language assessments
  • Organize and lead extracurricular activities for students
  • Communicate student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience
  • Maintain professional interactions with all internal customers, employing strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to deliver high-quality language training
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students and groups
Requirements
  • Proficient or native level of English
  • Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English, Applied Linguistics, or a recognized language teaching certificate (e.g., CELTA, TESOL)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English Trainer
  • Expertise in the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches for both online and offline teaching
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging online group lessons
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit
Nice to have
  • Experience working with EFL students in workplace or educational settings
  • Familiarity with innovative language teaching technologies
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment design
