We are looking for an End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Budapest on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Team support IT infrastructure in Budapest office
- Ensure equipment, documents and processes are in place
- Support people on IT-related issues
- Operating, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of assets in the most cost-effective manner
- Be involved in the development of End-User Support Service
Requirements
- Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, networking
- Intermediate skills of troubleshooting OS, hardware, network
- Understanding of basic principles of asset management, ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
