Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive installation documentation in Excel for external service providers
- Collaborate with product service managers across network, server, storage, database, and hardware domains to gather necessary information
- Communicate clearly in English with external service providers to deliver and clarify documentation details
- Reserve network configuration parameters in multiple systems ensuring accuracy
- Leverage Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to enhance operational workflows and team communication
- Support the transition project by coordinating with technical leads and external teams
- Maintain reliable contacts with stakeholders to facilitate smooth migration activities
- Assist in consulting and resolving issues related to installation and configuration
- Ensure documentation meets client and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and update documentation accordingly
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management
- Strong background in IT operations management and infrastructure support
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi
- Competency in preparing technical documentation and coordinating with diverse technical teams
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Knowledge of enterprise data center hardware, including NetApp storage, HP x86 servers, and network architectures
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
