We are in search of a Director Product Manager to enhance our remote team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead our product management strategies, aligning product objectives with broader business goals. Your leadership is key to fostering our product line's growth and success, driving innovation and operational excellence in all product management activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-level leadership and strategic guidance in collaborations between the EPAM team and the client’s business, IT, and product management organizations
  • Cultivate effective collaboration and operational excellence within the product management team and across functional departments
  • Propel strategic initiatives and foster innovation to seize and enlarge business value opportunities at a corporate level
  • Mold and manage the melding of product vision with corporate strategy, aligning them effectively with client and market demands
  • Spearhead the creation and strategic management of a detailed product portfolio roadmap
  • Translate overarching business strategies into concrete product features and projects
  • Establish high-level requirements and strategies for product capabilities, steering the entire product development lifecycle
  • Manage product milestones across the portfolio, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Lead discussions and decision-making processes that set and prioritize product deliverables and duties
  • Ensure executive and cross-functional support and commitment to the main Product vision and strategic plans
  • Organize strategic sessions and presentations for top-level stakeholders to showcase product innovations and capabilities
  • Execute thorough market and competitor analysis to inform strategic product positioning and decisions
  • Set and enforce advanced metrics and KPIs to assess and boost the strategic impact of product launches
  • Guide, mentor, and grow the product management team, optimizing the organizational structure for peak value delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in executive product management leadership, with an emphasis on strategic operations
  • Deep insight into market dynamics and the foresight to predict shifts affecting strategic planning
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the capability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Robust experience managing multiple Agile product teams and leading significant product initiatives to successful market introduction
  • Highly skilled in the use of product management tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategic modifications
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, culturally diverse product teams
  • Strategic foresight to predict long-term impacts of product decisions and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Established history of managing intricate product portfolios and catalyzing significant business growth
  • Fluent in English, with exemplary interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and significant experience in stakeholder management
