We are looking for a Director Product Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading our product management efforts, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the alignment of product goals with business objectives. Your leadership will directly influence the success and growth of our product portfolio as you drive innovation and operational excellence across all product-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight across collaborations between the EPAM team and client’s business, IT, and product management organizations
  • Foster effective collaboration and operational excellence within the product management team and cross-functional departments
  • Drive strategic initiatives and innovation to capture and expand business value opportunities for clients at a corporate level
  • Shape and oversee the integration of the product vision and corporate strategy, ensuring they are effectively aligned with client and market needs
  • Lead the development and strategic oversight of the comprehensive product portfolio roadmap
  • Direct the translation of broad business strategies into specific product features and initiatives
  • Define high-level requirements and strategies for product capabilities, guiding the overall product development lifecycle
  • Oversee product milestones for the entire portfolio and ensure transparent communication to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead discussions and decision-making processes that define and prioritize product deliverables and responsibilities
  • Secure executive and cross-functional alignment and commitment to the overarching Product vision and strategic initiatives
  • Host strategic sessions and presentations for high-level stakeholders to demonstrate product innovations and capabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to guide strategic product positioning and decision-making
  • Define and implement advanced metrics and KPIs to evaluate and enhance the success and impact of product releases at a strategic level
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the product management team, ensuring the organization's structure is optimized for delivering exceptional value
Requirements
  • At least 12+ years of experience in executive product management leadership, with a strategic operational focus
  • Rich understanding of market dynamics and ability to anticipate shifts that influence strategic planning
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence decisions at all organizational levels
  • Extensive experience overseeing multiple Agile product teams and leading significant product initiatives to market success
  • Advanced proficiency in product management tools and data analysis to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments
  • Extensive experience in building and leading high-performing, culturally adept product teams
  • Additional strategic capabilities for forecasting long-term impacts of product decisions and adjusting strategic directions as necessary
  • Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving substantial business growth
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with notable stakeholder management experience
