We are looking for an experienced Director of Delivery Management to lead and elevate our service delivery operations across various segments of the organization.

The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of projects and programs, ensure project governance, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business objectives. This role requires an anticipatory approach to managing delivery frameworks, integrating transformative technologies, and advancing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee programs, projects, and subdivisions of organizational management
  • Ensure project governance and maintain regular collaboration with executive leadership
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on project progress and key milestones to maintain alignment with organizational goals
  • Champion the adoption of best practices in service delivery
  • Introduce innovative industry trends that align with business priorities
  • Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients
  • Design tailored service delivery frameworks to align with client-specific requirements
  • Distribute resources effectively to enhance service delivery systems
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery operations
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions
  • Offer training programs to elevate team expertise and readiness
  • Adhere strictly to client standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive the adoption of advanced technologies to improve service quality
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across the organization
  • Review and refine service delivery metrics and performance indicators to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
  • Proficiency in managing large teams or significant projects
  • Competency in navigating complex, high-pressure scenarios effectively
  • A strong history of creating visionary strategies and cohesive delivery models
  • Extensive experience with the development, promotion, and implementation of advanced delivery concepts
  • Skills in designing and maintaining results-driven service delivery strategies
  • Deep understanding of service delivery methodologies, protocols, and strategic frameworks
  • Proven capability to design and execute comprehensive service delivery models
  • Efficacy in mentoring and leading teams toward impactful outcomes
  • Knowledge of overseeing operations across the delivery process lifecycle: from acquisitions to development and ongoing quality enhancements
  • Familiarity with addressing service lifecycle challenges, resolving conflicts, and managing competing demands effectively
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above
