We are searching for a Director of Delivery Management to oversee the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
This position entails leading project teams, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Complete and deliver projects punctually while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Construct projects from scratch, setting frameworks, and establishing transparent communication and monitoring mechanisms
- Steer projects through changes, making necessary adjustments to boost success
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, comprehend their needs, and provide consistent value
- Increase additional services or products to enhance the company's value proposition
- Manage change and uncertainty, modifying strategies as required
- Secure agreements through proficient negotiation and conflict management
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality output and adherence to software engineering principles
- Foster an understanding of the company's operational, financial, and strategic elements
- Display documented participation in significant roles such as Project Manager or Scrum Master
Requirements
- Background in project coordination, scrum mastering, or delivery management, with over 7 years of experience
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
- Proficiency in developing project structures, rules, and procedures
- Capability to enhance organizational value through effective upselling
- Skills in navigating change and ensuring adaptability in project management
- Understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company
- Competency in building and maintaining lasting customer relationships
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and shift strategies as necessary
- Qualifications in project delivery and fulfilling stakeholder expectations
- Showcase of effective negotiation skills and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related product management activities
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Documented participation in Discovery or Proof of Concept stages
- Background in managing product backlogs
- Deep understanding of product vision and scope adjustments
