Delivery Management

We are in search of a Director of Delivery Management who will oversee the entire lifecycle of project delivery from start to finish.

This position entails steering project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning project outcomes with organizational objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations
Establish projects from scratch, creating frameworks and setting up effective communication and monitoring systems
Lead projects through transitions, making necessary modifications to increase project success
Foster and sustain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and consistently delivering value
Promote additional services or products to improve the organization's value proposition
Adapt to changes and uncertainties, modifying strategies when required
Achieve consensus through proficient negotiation and effective conflict management
Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee high-quality outputs and adherence to software engineering standards
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operational, financial, and strategic dimensions
Display a history of significant involvement in roles like Project Manager or Scrum Master

Requirements

Background in project coordination, scrum mastering, or delivery management, with over 7 years of experience
Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
Proficiency in developing project structures, rules, and procedures
Capability to enhance organizational value through effective upselling
Skills in navigating change and ensuring adaptability in project management
Understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company
Competency in building and maintaining lasting customer relationships
Flexibility to adapt to new environments and shift strategies as necessary
Qualifications in project delivery and fulfilling stakeholder expectations
Showcase of effective negotiation skills and conflict resolution
Familiarity with roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related product management activities

Nice to have

Documented involvement in Discovery or Proof of Concept stages
Experience in backlog management
In-depth understanding of product vision and scope adjustments
