We are seeking an experienced Director of Delivery Management to lead and enhance our service delivery operations across different segments of the organization.
The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of projects and programs, ensure adherence to project governance, and foster strong connections with stakeholders to drive business objectives. This position requires a proactive leader to manage end-to-end delivery frameworks, integrate transformative technologies, and promote consistent improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage programs, projects, and organizational subdivisions
- Uphold project governance and maintain communication with executive leadership
- Provide updates to stakeholders about progress and critical milestones, ensuring alignment with priorities
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices in service delivery
- Introduce innovative trends from the industry
- Strengthen strategic relationships with high-profile clients
- Develop tailored service delivery frameworks to address client requirements
- Allocate resources strategically to upgrade and oversee service delivery operations
- Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement within processes
- Establish and execute risk management strategies to reduce disruptions
- Develop training initiatives to advance team skills and expertise
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations
- Lead efforts to adopt new technologies aimed at improving service quality
- Maintain clear and open communication throughout the organization
- Review and refine service delivery metrics to align with business objectives
Requirements
- At least 12 years of IT experience, including 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
- Proficiency in managing large teams or substantial projects
- Competency in managing complex and time-sensitive situations effectively
- Strong history of developing visionary strategies and unified delivery methodologies
- Background in creating, promoting, and implementing advanced delivery models
- Skills in building service delivery frameworks designed for measurable success
- Understanding of service delivery techniques, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven capability to design and oversee comprehensive service delivery approaches
- Expertise in developing teams to achieve strong, measurable outcomes
- Experience managing delivery end-to-end, from acquisition to continuous improvement
- Familiarity with managing service lifecycle challenges, resolving conflicts, and balancing demands
- English fluency at C1 level or higher
