We are looking for an experienced Director of Delivery Management to lead and optimize service delivery operations across diverse organizational segments.
The ideal candidate will drive project and program implementation, ensure project governance, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This position requires a proactive leader to oversee delivery frameworks, leverage innovative technologies, and foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee programs, projects, and organizational management subdivisions
- Maintain project governance, ensuring engagement with executive leadership
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress and key milestones, aligning efforts with organizational goals
- Advocate the adoption of best practices in service delivery
- Introduce and utilize emerging industry trends
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with high-profile clients
- Develop tailored service delivery frameworks to meet diverse client requirements
- Allocate resources strategically to manage and improve service delivery systems
- Promote a culture centered on continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Formulate and execute risk management strategies to ensure operational stability
- Design training programs to enhance team skills and awareness
- Ensure adherence to client expectations and regulatory compliance
- Implement innovative technologies to elevate service quality
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication throughout the organization
- Continuously assess and refine service delivery metrics and performance indicators to meet business objectives
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including 8 or more years in service delivery or project/program management
- Proficiency in managing large teams or significant projects
- Competency in handling complex and high-pressure scenarios effectively
- A strong background in shaping visionary strategies and unifying delivery methodologies
- Extensive experience crafting, promoting, and deploying advanced delivery frameworks
- Skills in designing result-oriented service delivery structures
- Deep understanding of service delivery methodologies, protocols, and strategies
- Capability to create and implement comprehensive service delivery frameworks
- Proven expertise in mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results
- A background in overseeing delivery organization operations, from acquisition to development and quality improvement
- Familiarity with addressing service lifecycle challenges, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing competing demands
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
