We are looking for an experienced Director of Delivery Management to oversee and enhance our service delivery processes across various organizational segments.

The chosen candidate will coordinate project and program execution, enforce governance standards, and nurture invaluable stakeholder relationships to support key business goals. This role requires a strategic perspective to direct comprehensive delivery models, leverage emerging technologies, and champion continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee programs, projects, and subdivisions within organizational management
  • Enforce project governance and maintain consistent communication with executive leadership
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding key milestones and project alignment with goals
  • Promote best practices in service delivery
  • Introduce and apply innovative trends within the industry
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with high-level clients
  • Develop tailored service delivery models to address client-specific requirements
  • Allocate resources strategically to monitor and refine service delivery systems
  • Foster a culture focused on ongoing improvement in operational processes
  • Establish risk management practices to preempt disruptions
  • Design training initiatives aimed at enhancing team skills and knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to client requirements and regulatory standards
  • Direct the adoption of advanced technologies to elevate service quality
  • Maintain accurate and transparent communication throughout organizational channels
  • Continuously evaluate and refine performance metrics to align with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years in IT with at least 8 years dedicated to service delivery or project/program management
  • Proficiency in overseeing large teams or managing complex projects
  • Competency in handling intricate and high-pressure circumstances
  • Proven ability to devise strategic visions and cohesive delivery plans
  • Extensive background in developing, advocating for, and implementing sophisticated delivery strategies
  • Expertise in designing impactful service delivery frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of service delivery methodologies, standards, and procedures
  • Capability to build and execute robust service delivery constructs
  • Strong history of guiding and empowering teams to achieve measurable success
  • Background in navigating the entire lifecycle of delivery operations: from acquisition to quality enhancements
  • Familiarity with resolving service lifecycle challenges and managing conflicting priorities
  • English proficiency at C1 or higher
