We are seeking a skilled Director of Delivery Management to oversee and optimize service delivery operations across multiple organizational domains.
The chosen candidate will direct project implementation and governance, cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, and align delivery strategies with overarching business goals. This role requires a strategic approach to managing delivery frameworks, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee programs, projects, and departmental management
- Ensure project governance and maintain consistent interaction with executive leadership
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones and alignment with key goals
- Promote best practices for service delivery operations
- Introduce and embed emerging industry trends into delivery practices
- Cultivate and sustain high-value relationships with key clients
- Develop tailored service delivery models to address client-specific requirements
- Allocate resources to effectively manage and refine service delivery systems
- Foster a culture focused on constant improvement across processes
- Design strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions within operations
- Establish training initiatives to enhance team proficiency and awareness
- Ensure compliance with client standards and relevant regulatory requirements
- Lead the adoption of innovative technologies to improve service outcomes
- Maintain clear and accurate communication across all organizational levels
- Continuously evaluate and refine service delivery metrics to align with business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
- Proficiency in managing large teams or high-impact projects
- Competency in addressing complex and time-critical scenarios effectively
- Proven ability to craft and execute visionary strategies and cohesive delivery models
- Background in designing and implementing cutting-edge delivery methodologies
- Expertise in developing result-oriented service delivery frameworks
- Deep understanding of delivery principles, protocols, and holistic strategies
- Capability to develop and operationalize comprehensive service delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in mentoring teams to drive significant achievements
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of delivery operations: acquisition to development and quality enhancements
- Familiarity with resolving service lifecycle challenges while balancing competing priorities
- English language skills at a C1 level or higher
