We are seeking an experienced Director of Delivery Management to oversee and optimize our service delivery operations across multiple organizational segments.
This role involves driving the implementation of projects and programs, maintaining robust project governance, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to achieve strategic business initiatives. It necessitates a forward-thinking approach to managing delivery frameworks, integrating innovative solutions, and advancing continuous improvements.
Responsibilities

- Guarantee compliance with client expectations and regulatory frameworks

- Maintain clear and effective organizational communication channels
- Evaluate and refine delivery performance metrics to align with company objectives
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years’ IT experience, including at least 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
- Competency in managing large teams or major projects
- Success in resolving complex and high-pressure scenarios
- Proven ability to establish forward-thinking strategies and holistic delivery frameworks
- Extensive background in developing and executing sophisticated service delivery methodologies
- Skills in crafting performance-driven service delivery models
- Comprehensive understanding of service delivery processes, techniques, and frameworks
- Capability to design and implement cohesive operational procedures
- Expertise in mentoring teams to achieve exceptional results
- Background in managing all stages of delivery operations, from acquisition to development to quality refinement
- Familiarity with addressing service lifecycle challenges, mediating conflicts, and navigating competing priorities
- English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
