We’re looking for a Director, Client Partner to join our team in Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this critical role, you will manage and grow key accounts within the Manufacturing and Automotive sector, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with EPAM delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of complex engagements and position EPAM as a strategic partner in digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to achieve client goals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple accounts
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client engagements and opening new opportunities
  • Create and manage strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and EPAM’s service portfolio
  • Lead RFP responses, proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to clients
  • Define engagement scope, shape solutions, forecast financials and establish effective operating models for delivery success
  • Collaborate closely with EPAM’s senior leadership, solution experts and delivery teams to design and execute integrated client strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in roles such as Client Partner, Account Manager, Delivery Partner or related consulting/account leadership roles within IT services
  • Demonstrated success managing client engagements in dynamic environments, delivering measurable results
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and software engineering models, with close collaboration experience alongside engineering and design teams
  • Track record of growing global accounts in the Manufacturing or Automotive sector
  • Expertise in managing client expectations across delivery and commercial topics with confidence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility and ability to drive account growth through add-on sales
  • Strong problem-solving capability combined with consulting approach to client challenges
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and influence decision-making
  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
