EPAM is seeking a Director, Client Partner to expand and deepen our relationships across the Denver market by championing long-term client success, convening the right teams to co-create new value, and nurturing a thriving ecosystem of partnerships that convert into meaningful opportunities. In this geo-growth role, you’ll lead with curiosity and connection, managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, cultivating new relationships across the region, and helping clients realize the full potential of EPAM’s capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Co-develop multi-year client roadmaps aligned with their strategic priorities while continuously monitoring account health, satisfaction, and value to keep growth sustainable
  • Identify whitespace by listening for emerging needs within existing and new relationships and logos
  • Shape opportunities collaboratively, matching EPAM capabilities to client outcomes rather than pure revenue targets
  • Serve as EPAM's ambassador in industry groups, chambers, and innovation hubs
  • Host and participate in thought-leadership forums to strengthen trust and open doors
  • Lead proposals, align delivery, consulting, and innovation teams to convert opportunities into realized client value
  • Maintain disciplined, empathetic communication while conveying EPAM's outcome-focused perspective, highlighting how AI-driven solutions create tangible business value and keep engagements moving forward
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success deepening client partnerships and expanding value beyond existing business
  • Growth-oriented mindset grounded in curiosity, follow-through, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Reputation for relationship-building and influence in the Denver/Boulder business community
  • Comfortable leading with autonomy, while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver results
Nice to have
  • Consulting background with the ability to facilitate executive conversations and co-create strategic plans
  • Working knowledge of AI's business impact to guide clients through innovation journeys
  • Industry depth (e.g., telco, aerospace, aviation) that enables credible advisory conversations
  • Established network in the Denver ecosystem that you actively nurture and grow
