Find me a jobWe're looking for a Director, Client Partner – AI Data Centres & Digital Infrastructure to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this strategic role, you will shape and grow EPAM's presence in a rapidly evolving AI and digital infrastructure landscape. The focus is on creating demand, building long-term client relationships, and delivering value through innovative solutions in AI infrastructure, energy optimization and digital transformation. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your network, influencing decision-makers and structuring complex deals that address emerging industry challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create new demand and opportunities across AI data centres, hyperscalers and related ecosystems
- Leverage senior-level networks to open executive engagements and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Shape and close deals in technology layers, including AI/HPC platforms, cloud migrations, DCIM and operations modernisation
- Drive investor-focused strategies by engaging infrastructure funds and linking technology value to investment outcomes
- Develop a scalable business plan, including revenue targets, pipeline management and investment cases for growth
- Establish a structured partner ecosystem to support end-to-end delivery credibility
- Ensure alignment across delivery, solution SMEs, alliances, marketing, legal, procurement and finance functions
- Build reusable propositions, operating models and reference architectures, ensuring practice knowledge scalability
- Coach and mentor internal teams to expand expertise within AI and digital infrastructure domains
Requirements
- 12+ years in consulting, technology services, AI, digital infrastructure or related energy technology sectors in a commercial leadership role
- Proven experience converting executive relationships into revenue within the AI infrastructure or European digital ecosystem
- Strong understanding of client environments, decision-making processes and procurement models
- Commercial fluency in areas such as AI economics, tokenomics, compute, energy models and grid connectivity
- Ability to lead executive conversations on cost optimization, orchestration and power density without reliance on technical architects
- Knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems, GPU allocation and relevant supply chain dynamics
- London-based with UK work authorization and willingness to travel extensively across Europe

- Network and relationships with hyperscalers, neocloud providers or GPU cloud platforms
- Background in energy, utilities, grid systems or energy storage technologies
- External visibility through speaking engagements, thought leadership or industry community involvement
